+ What are the benefits of having two photographers?
There are many advantages but simply put it translates to more photos, broader coverage and two unique perspectives of your day. When you choose us, you’re not just adding a second shooter or an assistant, you’re getting two primary photographers. We work seamlessly as a team and approach the day with equal professionalism and care. We strategically divide our coverage to capture diverse angles and moments throughout the day. For example, while one of us is capturing your formal family photos, the other is documenting the antics of your guests.

+ Do you have insurance and backup equipment?
Yes! 100% yes!

+ Can you hold a date for us?
In order to secure your date, we will need the booking fee and a signed contract. If we have received two enquiries with the same date, the first one to pay the deposit and provide the signed contract will secure the date.

+ Do you offer a discount?
Unfortunately not. Our packages have been carefully priced according to their value. We take a limited amount of weddings every year to make sure we can give each couple the best service possible. There are also many costs that go unseen with regards to running a wedding photography business and while we understand everyone works with a budget, we try as much as possible to keep our prices accessible.

+ How many images will we receive?
This will depend a lot on the nature of the day, but we guarantee a minimum of 500 images. We will of course shoot way more than this, especially with there being two of us, but we will remove the duplicates, the closed eyes and anything unflattering.

+ How the images will be delivered?
All of the edited images will be given to you via a password-protected online gallery. You’ll receive two downloadable formats: high-resolution versions for your prints & albums, and also a format more suitable for sharing on social media. The online gallery is a simpler way to share your photos with your family & friends and also order prints.

+ Do you do family / group formal photos?
Yes, we do, and since there are always two of us, one of us will be in charge of photographing the family and groups while the other will continue to capture your guests during the drinks reception. We provide our clients with tips and tricks to assist with this part of the day, but also do encourage you to keep the number of groups low so you can enjoy plenty of time with your guests.

+ Can you recommend any videographers?
Yes, we certainly can. It’s very important for your videographer and photographer to not only get along well but also share a similar shooting style. This ensures that the moments of your day are captured with a consistent approach. If the style differs significantly, there may be a need to have separate portrait sessions, so they can get the shots they need. We provide our clients with a list of some fantastic videographers who work in a style very similar to ours, making the moments feel natural, genuine, and enjoyable for all.

‍+ What happens if one of you or, even both of you get sick or can’t attend our wedding?
‍Hopefully, this won’t ever happen! But in the case that one of us was unable to attend your wedding (which would only happen in an extreme case), we would hire another trusted professional photographer to shoot with us for the day. If both of us cannot attend your wedding, we have a few photographers we trust, with a very similar style to ours that we can appoint to cover us. We would then edit the pictures with our signature style. Of course you would also have the option to decline this offer and a full-refund would be given.

+ Will you visit our venue beforehand?
As we photograph weddings all over the UK and beyond, we are unable to commit to visiting venues before the wedding. However this have never been a problem for us. Throughout the year, we often shoot in venues for the first time and, in such cases, we will spend some time researching the location online beforehand. On the day of the wedding, we arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour earlier to do a location scout to identify the best spots based on the available lighting on the day.

+ Do we need to provide you with a hot meal?
Yes, please! Wedding days can be very long and busy and often start early as well. We are constantly thinking about the next thing and in all honesty, food sometimes is the last thing we get to think about, but we do need it. Unfortunately, we won’t have time to go out and look for a place to eat and so appreciate it very much when our couples are happy to provide us with a hot meal. It helps our schedule to run smoothly and allows us to focus on every detail of your wedding day. However, we don’t expect to sit and eat with the wedding guests – we actually prefer not to - as we use this time to back up our files. We also try to eat as quickly as possible so we’re ready to work again when needed. Please ensure that your venue is aware of this in advance. One final note: we don’t usually take pictures during meal times as people don’t typically like to be photographed while they are eating, so we seek to respect that - however we will pop in periodically in case you are walking round chatting with guests.
